The Delta Blues Museum will be one of hundreds of museums in all 50 states which
will participate in the 4th annual Museum Day. We will provide free admission
to each attendee plus one guest who presents a Museum Day Admission Card from
the September issue of Smithsonian magazine or printed from the website atwww.smithsonianmag.com/museumday/.
This is a one day event to celebrate the rich
heritage of the Delta Blues Museum and to share some of our extensive collection
with visitors. Coahoma County residents will be admitted free of charge without
a card. However, Coahoma County residents may want to bring visitors from neighboring
counties and the admission will be free for the visitors with the downloaded
card from the website.
